The National Technical & Business Operations Manager will have senior leadership responsibility for all RCR’s client sites and their internal audit program encompassing the full scope of site operations and maintenance. Collaboration will be required with National Executive Management Team and the Site Management Leadership for Compliance, and Quality Assurance to ensure an effective site audit program focused on early detection and robust remediation of observations is maintained, with the ability to guide and achieve all aspects of the engineering FM, audit program, apply risk-based principles, communicate results to stakeholders, verify appropriate corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs) are determined, and track commitments to closure. The position will also take a lead role in managing inspections and internal audits of the site including response writing and audit closeout activities.
The main core roles for the National Technical & Business Operations Manager role includes the following:
• MEPF – Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing [water], and Firefighting Engineering scope
• Supporting Building Operations
• Supporting Manufacturing / Production Management
• FM – Facilities Management built environment
• Soft Services integration with Engineering Hard Services
• QA – Quality Assurance Management System Customer site auditing
• Research and Report Writing
• Bid Management
• Project Management
• Process and Technical Due Diligence and Gap Analysis
• Other consulting as needed
• Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
• Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with client’s Change Management methodologies.
• Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
• Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
• Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and making adjustments as needed.
• Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
• Revising and updating procedures and policies.
• Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients.
• Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner.
• Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother exécution.
• Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end.
• Ability to match project tasks with opportunities for development so that employee potential is utilised to the maximum.
• Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change.
• Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics.
• Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
• Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams.

• Develop annual audit schedule for site using a risk-based approach.
• Maintain auditor qualification status allowing direct leadership and participation in internal site audits.
• Schedule and perform assigned audits per the designated site program.
• Support audits of other sites within the network or suppliers as required (auditor community of practice and guest auditor programs).
• Actively monitor, report and trend observations/CAPAs, along with standard site audit metrics to Quality Council and Management.
• Complete routine communications related to audits/inspections to Site, Regional, and Divisional Management.
• Actively manage, mentor, and support site auditors to ensure performance contributes to the effectiveness of the site audit program.
• Recommend and lead implementation of improvements to the Audit and Inspection Management programs based on new regulations, guidance documents, and industry standards.
• Direct site permanent inspection readiness efforts including preparation activities to support of regulatory audits and customer inspections.
• Participate in site surveys and detailed proposal / bid management as well as key presentations to future prospective customers.
• Perform consulting and technical and process due diligence projects as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of related experience in continuous improvement methods, organizational-level performance-based management, and/or a technical discipline related area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ISO compliance knowledge and proficiency in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO) and Sustainability (LEED) environment.
• Project Management skills supporting simultaneous projects, executing organizational strategies, participating in strategic and operational planning and continuous improvement program implementation.
• Develops project plans, coordinates project, communicates changes and progress, completes projects on time and budget, and manages project team activities.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across disciplines and all levels.
• Experience operating in facilities compliant with agencies' such as Fire Police, DOLISA regarding QA compliance programs.
• GMP Audit experience in the high tech, hospital / medical services and or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience leading effective audits and obtaining meaningful audit observations.
• Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and mentor teams.
• Knowledge and experience with Quality Risk Management methods.
• Highly motivated, flexible, and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and balance work from multiple projects in parallel.
• Business Development experience.
